Environmental Policies

Paramount Flooring confirms with each manufacturing partner both quality and environmental compliance of all porcelain tile, solid hardwood, engineered hardwood and laminate flooring. We have assurances from each and every partner that supplies material for Paramount Flooring that we are 100% CARB, CARB II and Lacey Act compliant on all products.

Specifically, Paramount Flooring Engineered Hardwood has products that are documented to have met emissions requirements for CARB 93120 – 93120.12 Title 17 and are CARB-ATCM Certified by a CARB approved third party certifier.

Specifically, Paramount Flooring Laminate has products that are documented to have met emissions requirements for CARB 93120 – 93120.12 Title 17 and are CARB-ATCM Certified by a CARB approved third party certifier.

Specifically, Paramount Flooring Solid Hardwood does not apply to the CARB emissions standard because it is a solid flooring product and not engineered using adhesives that could potentially contain dangerous levels of formaldehyde.

Paramount Flooring is committed to providing safe and legal flooring choices and will continue to be diligent in testing and documenting our products in these areas.
